The People Behind the Passion
At Hosanna Community Care, our team is our strength. Every coach, coordinator, support worker, therapist and staff member play a vital role in delivering the compassionate, personalised support we’re known for. Our professionals are more than qualified – they’re caring, empathetic and deeply committed to client wellbeing. All of our staff meet strict industry standards and are fully accredited, but it’s their warmth, integrity and passion that truly set them apart.

Occupational Therapists

Our registered occupational therapists support clients to build the skills and confidence they need to live as independently and meaningfully as possible. We work closely with individuals to assess their goals and design personalised therapy plans that focus on daily living, mobility, home safety, and participation in the community. Our OTs also provide recommendations for assistive technology, equipment, and home modifications, ensuring every person has the tools they need to thrive.

Support Workers

Our support workers provide compassionate, hands-on assistance with everyday tasks, personal care, social activities, and community access. Each worker is trained, accredited, and matched carefully to clients based on their language, culture, and individual needs. We build strong relationships that go beyond care, supporting people to live with dignity, autonomy and purpose, every step of the way.

Support Coordinators

Our support coordinators help NDIS participants make the most of their NDIS plans by connecting them with the right services, providers, and opportunities. We work alongside individuals and their support networks to simplify complex systems, build capacity, and develop long-term strategies for independence. Whether you’re just starting out or navigating multiple services, our coordinators ensure your choices remain at the centre of every decision.

Psychosocial Recovery Coaches

Our psychosocial recovery coaches provide specialised mental health support to NDIS participants living with psychosocial disabilities. With lived and/or learned experience in mental health, our coaches partner with individuals to build confidence, develop daily living strategies, strengthen community connections, and take control of their recovery journey. By focusing on strengths and goals, we help participants navigate the NDIS, coordinate services, and work toward greater independence and wellbeing.

Home and Living Support Workers

Our home and living support workers provide practical assistance with cleaning, gardening, and home maintenance to ensure participants enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment. From everyday tidying and deep cleaning to outdoor upkeep and minor home tasks, our team helps maintain spaces that support health, independence, and peace of mind. Every service is delivered with respect, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to dignity and wellbeing.

We also understand the importance of cultural connection in care. Many of our team members speak multiple languages, including; Arabic, Assyrian, Kurdish, Persian, Indian, Spanish, Greek, French, Norwegian, Russian, and Turkish. This allows us to serve our diverse community with sensitivity and respect.

We carefully match each participant with a coach, coordinator, support worker and therapist who understands their background and needs, ensuring a personalised experience where trust and comfort come first.

When you meet a member of the Hosanna team, you’ll know: you’re in good hands.
