Hosanna makes a difference by empowering NDIS participants to make choices that enable them to live the best quality of life achievable and to live as independently as possible. Human Rights and Social Justice are at the centre of all Hosanna services and supports and we demonstrate this culture across our organisation, including with our participants and the community. The flexible and high-quality support provided by Hosanna enhances participant’s social, learning and vocational opportunities.

Our Mission

Hosanna’s core purpose is to support and enhance the wellbeing of those people with disabilities in Melbourne’s metropolitan area. This mission will be achieved by helping individuals to plan for and reach their goals through the delivery of high-quality services to NDIS participants.

Participant choice and control drives the services Hosanna delivers. Where appropriate, family, carers and participants’ support networks are included in service planning and delivery. Hosanna staff demonstrate a culture of passion, care, and commitment to the human rights of participants and the work they perform.

Hosanna offers a range of supports to NDIS participants that are aimed at improving the lives of people with disabilities. Management and governance of the organisation is focused on leadership, human rights, accountability, quality assurance, ethics, participant and staff wellbeing, and sustainability.
