Founded in 2019, Hosanna Community Care is located in the Hume Region of Melbourne. We provide support services to NDIS participants who live in our local community. Our pool of educated support workers are especially trained to understand the unique needs of the diverse communities that we service.
At Hosanna Community Care, we acknowledge the Australian Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the traditional custodians of the land and pay respects to those ancestors, elders and descendants past, present and future. We acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands across Victoria, where our services are located. The traditional custodians of our office are the Wurundjeri people. We honour and acknowledge them and their land.
